Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery time:

Major cities: 2–4 working days
Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order value.

SNIFF HUB may also offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or purchases above a certain amount.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations across Pakistan. Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order. SNIFF HUB will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If the courier is unable to contact you or deliver the parcel, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully pack all perfume orders to avoid damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the parcel and product.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Delivery Restrictions

Some remote areas may have limited courier service availability. In such cases, our team may contact you for an alternative delivery address or suitable solution.
